You’ll work face to face with THP’s Head Coach - Jed Zimmer.
Jed is a nationally accredited and certified Personal Trainer, who is highly experienced and passionate in helping others to achieve their fitness goals.
Jed caters to all different fitness and experience levels, ranging from anyone looking to improve their health, body composition, athletic performance or a combination of all.
Jed is focused on keeping the process as simple as possible. He approaches everything in a way that’s easy to follow from correct training techniques to specific workout routines.
Jed is able to work with individuals, duo’s and/or small groups as every session is tailored specifically to you to ensure you are training in a way that will help you meet your goals and to ensure you are breaking new physical and mental barriers whilst enjoying the process.
